Syds win by default vs Brighton
A pity that Brighton has pulled out of the grade but the goats still got some play with the Miller Bar stepping up to give us our first game at Sydenham Park for many years. Losing the toss put the goats in the field with everyone getting a 4 over spell based on the random deck of cards draw.Simon opened up with a miserly spell of slow left arm

Well I was away so tardy putting result in, as its been related to me. We won the toss a few of the boys beat up on there bowling. Stacey opened bowling(chucking in the end) and was absolute poos but bought 4 wickets. Jas provided a ripper bbq by all accounts. Well done boys 2 to go.

Goats Bounce Back
Well another good cricket weather day, stinking hot, won the toss and batted richy posted a nice 88 and wasnt till the end when the heavy hitters( they also hit the ball hard) bumped us up to 261. The scoreboard pressure was too much and the hit out and got out. Good comeback from Tama Iti picking up 4 for and lodging a claim for the goat track

The Pirates Are The Best!!!!!!!!!!
Well since I didnt play and was away its hard to give a report, however I will try. The Pirates played in a very sporting manner giving the goats a jolly rodgering. Im sure there were no dodgy decisions given by their umpires and they all clapped politely as each batsmen entered, only to be removed by the superior and more sporting champion

Shane goes bourko steering us to win!!!
Well another toss won and batting again with our 8 batters, so most of them decided to let the others do the job and with Rob and Shane showing some kahunas they steered us to 165. With rich being given the green light to bowl short he bought a wicket. Then time for some rubbish fielding 3 dropped catches. It took the grandad schulte to pick 2

Lazarus rises from the Graves
well when the opposition had seven players and the pitch looked like a road evil captain bennett wanted to bat however our chief tosser broke his run of 5 so with they came out swinging which worked well especially for the guy who got 70 odd assisted by some pathetic catching, and players turning up regually they got 11 players and a total of 143

Goats RUNOUT victorious
Another late summer’s day and the prospect of a good batting pitch, knowing victory would give us the title, we were dismayed to see a sodden green Spreydon Domain special. Oh joy.Winning the toss and bowling first buoyed the spirits however after ten overs and zero wickets the green top didn’t pose as many demons as hoped. Move into

Rampant Goats Feast
Well this late indian summer is delightful, and after a early team photo shoot where Shane was the only no show without excuse due to his polish vodka evening. However Lionel's hair looked liked it had been at the same party, in saying that Rob was the only one to turn up with product in his hair. Its a bit of a concern to turn up to spreydon

Fine weather at last
Well it dawned a fine day and hopefully a good omen for the goats with a hard and bouncy batting track after a good week of weather. We arrived at the ground to find the usual quality of pitch. This pitch must be in it tenth week of use as the crease wasn't marked and it looked very green.I hope we don't pay the council anything to look
